This is a good thing! Many people have been waiting for these skin tones to be fixed for Check back with whomever made your CC skin tones to see if they fix their creations to work with the current version of the game.
This current patch fixed a lot of the issues with the game's skin tones, especially the newer darker skin tones that were added a few years ago, of which some had a lot of problems. Good CC creators stay on top of their creations when EA patches a game. CC is a 3rd party addition and not made by EA.
